We wanted to get at least 3 quotes for the work, which turned out to be fairly difficult. Many contractors we reached out to never got back to us. The first quote we received wanted to charge us for protecting our floors and also for any damage done while doing the install.
I’m not sure how we found Advanced Home Window and Door but so glad we did.
We were travelling when we first talked to Al at Advanced and told him what we needed. He spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with us, answering questions and explaining the process. We were really nervous, working with anyone long distance, but they made it so easy.
Their communication is phenomenal, we never felt rushed, someone always got back to us when they said they would. We started to think “these guys are too good to be true” but they are truly genuine.
The crew that came to do the install, MJ, Nick, Mike, were the best. They worked efficiently, replacing all 5 windows and a French door, covered everything and left the house spotless. They ever rehung my blinds and curtains!
They also handled all of the permitting, we had the inspector here the day after the install and the permit was closed out that afternoon.
I can’t say enough about these guys, really made the whole process stress-free.
